1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of framepilot's services and website. By engaging framepilot for any service, signing up to a plan or making a payment you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Please read this document carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to these terms please do not engage our services.

2. Our Services

framepilot provides the following digital services to Australian local businesses:

  • Website design and development

  • Website hosting and security management

  • Search engine optimisation (SEO)

  • Google Business Profile management

  • Google Ads and Meta Ads management

  • Email marketing setup and management

  • Content and copywriting

  • Online store and booking system integration

  • Monthly performance reporting

The specific services provided to each client are determined by the plan they select at the time of signup, or as otherwise agreed in writing via email.


3. Plans & Pricing

framepilot currently offers three monthly plans:

Starter — $79/month Includes professional website design and build, hosting, security, SSL certificate, contact form, Google Business Profile setup, basic on-page SEO, one website update per month and email support.

Growth — $199/month Includes everything in the Starter plan plus up to eight pages, monthly SEO keyword targeting, two AI-written blog posts per month, Google Business Profile active management, monthly email newsletter, monthly performance report, three website updates per month and priority email support.

Pro — $399/month Includes everything in the Growth plan plus unlimited pages, four AI-written blog posts per month, Google and Meta Ads campaign management, online booking system integration, advanced email automation, unlimited website updates, a monthly 30-minute strategy call, quarterly website refresh and same day phone support.

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. framepilot reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Existing clients will be given a minimum of 30 days written notice before any price changes take effect on their account.


4. Yearly Plans

framepilot offers discounted yearly payment plans for clients who choose to pay annually in advance:

  • Starter yearly: $659/year (saving 30% vs monthly)

  • Growth yearly: $1,690/year (saving 29% vs monthly)

  • Pro yearly: $3,390/year (saving 29% vs monthly)

Yearly plans are paid upfront in full at the time of signup. Yearly plans are non-refundable once the website has been built and gone live. In the event that framepilot is unable to deliver the agreed services a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the year will be provided.


5. Payments & Billing

5.1 Monthly plan payments are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis on the same date each month.

5.2 Yearly plan payments are collected upfront in full at the time of signup.

5.3 Payment is accepted via bank transfer, credit card or other methods agreed upon at the time of signup.

5.4 All invoices are issued via email to the billing address provided at signup.

5.5 If a monthly payment is not received within 7 days of the due date framepilot reserves the right to suspend the client's website and associated services until the outstanding amount is paid in full.

5.6 If a payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days framepilot reserves the right to permanently take the website offline and terminate the client's account without further notice.

5.7 framepilot does not offer refunds for partial months. If a client cancels mid-month their services will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5.8 Any costs associated with Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns — including all advertising spend — are paid directly by the client to Google or Meta. framepilot's plan fee covers management only and does not include any advertising budget.


6. Cancellation

6.1 Monthly plan clients may cancel their plan at any time by providing 30 days written notice via email to [your email address].

6.2 The client's website and all associated services will remain active until the end of the 30-day notice period.

6.3 No refunds are issued for the notice period or any portion of a month already billed.

6.4 Yearly plan clients who wish to cancel before the end of their annual term may do so by providing 30 days written notice. Yearly plans are non-refundable once the website has gone live except in the circumstances outlined in Section 4.

6.5 Upon cancellation all website files, content and data hosted by framepilot will be retained for 30 days after the cancellation date to allow the client to request any backups. After 30 days all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

6.6 framepilot reserves the right to cancel a client's plan at any time by providing 30 days written notice. In this circumstance a pro-rata refund for any unused prepaid period will be provided.


7. Website Delivery & Turnaround

7.1 framepilot aims to have all new websites live within 1 week of receiving all required information from the client.

7.2 Required information includes but is not limited to: business name, services offered, contact details, location, logo and any photos or additional content the client wishes to include.

7.3 The 1 week turnaround begins only once framepilot has received all required information from the client in full. Delays caused by the client providing incomplete or late information are not the responsibility of framepilot.

7.4 framepilot will notify the client if a delay is anticipated and will provide an updated delivery timeframe.

7.5 Minor revisions requested by the client after the initial website delivery will be completed within the timeframes specified in the client's plan.


8. Client Responsibilities

8.1 The client is responsible for ensuring all content, images, text, logos and other materials provided to framepilot are accurate, truthful and do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

8.2 The client is responsible for ensuring their website content complies with all applicable Australian laws and regulations including but not limited to consumer law, advertising standards and industry-specific regulations.

8.3 framepilot is not responsible for any legal claims, fines or penalties arising from content provided by the client.

8.4 The client is responsible for keeping their contact details and billing information up to date. Failure to do so may result in missed invoices or service interruptions for which framepilot accepts no liability.

8.5 The client agrees not to engage in any activity that could harm the reputation or operations of framepilot including but not limited to making false or misleading statements about framepilot's services.


9. Ownership & Intellectual Property

9.1 All content provided by the client — including text, images, logos and branding materials — remains the sole property of the client.

9.2 Website designs, templates, code structure and frameworks created by framepilot remain the intellectual property of framepilot unless a full written ownership transfer is explicitly agreed upon and any applicable transfer fee is paid in full.

9.3 framepilot retains the right to display websites built for clients in its portfolio and to reference the client's business as a past or current client for marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

9.4 The client may not reproduce, resell or distribute any design work, code or templates created by framepilot without prior written consent.


10. Google Ads & Meta Ads

10.1 For clients on the Pro plan or those who have purchased the Ads management add-on, framepilot will manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns on the client's behalf.

10.2 All advertising spend is paid directly by the client to Google or Meta. framepilot does not handle, hold or process advertising budgets on behalf of clients.

10.3 framepilot does not guarantee specific results from any advertising campaign. Ad performance depends on many factors outside framepilot's direct control including market competition, budget size, industry and seasonality.

10.4 The client is responsible for ensuring their advertising budget is funded and active. framepilot is not liable for any campaign underperformance resulting from insufficient client-side ad budget.


11. SEO & Digital Marketing

11.1 framepilot will use reasonable professional efforts to improve the client's search engine rankings and online visibility through SEO and other digital marketing services.

11.2 framepilot does not guarantee specific Google rankings, traffic volumes or lead generation outcomes. Search engine algorithms are controlled by third parties and results vary based on many factors outside framepilot's control.

11.3 SEO results typically take time to materialise. Clients should not expect immediate ranking improvements and are encouraged to allow a minimum of three months before assessing SEO performance.


12. Hosting & Uptime

12.1 framepilot will make every reasonable effort to maintain client websites with maximum uptime and reliability.

12.2 framepilot does not guarantee 100% uptime. Occasional downtime may occur due to scheduled maintenance, server issues or circumstances beyond framepilot's control such as third party hosting provider outages.

12.3 framepilot is not liable for any loss of business, revenue or opportunity resulting from website downtime.

12.4 In the event of a significant outage framepilot will notify affected clients and work to restore services as quickly as possible.


13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law framepilot's total liability to any client for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client to framepilot in the three months immediately preceding the claim.

13.2 framepilot is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of business opportunity.

13.3 framepilot is not responsible for the actions, services or content of any third party platforms, tools or providers used in the delivery of our services.


14. Privacy

framepilot collects and handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy which is available at framepilot.com.au. By engaging our services you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.


15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 In the event of a dispute between framepilot and a client both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication in good faith.

15.2 If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days either party may escalate the matter to a relevant dispute resolution body or court of competent jurisdiction in New South Wales, Australia.

15.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.


16. Changes to These Terms

framepilot reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of framepilot's services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
